It is wonderful to feel a sense of inner union; that experience of being completely at home and at one with ourselves, life and others.
In this workshop we will focus on dancing ourselves so completely through the first four rhythms so that we can explore the rhythm of stillness through the gateway of embodied presence and breath. In this way we can land in that place of dynamic union with self, available to co-create in unity with the diversity of the whole circle.
